# Submit terms and conditions acceptance

POST https://api.letsdeel.com/rest/organizations/terms-and-conditions/accept

Accepts Deel's terms and conditions for the organization of the token: the legal agreements listed in the Deel Legal Hub and the platform terms of service. The organization's service account is recorded as the signer. Safe to retry: a repeated call changes nothing and returns the acceptance already stored.

 **Token scopes**: `organizations:write`

**Beta**: this version requires the `X-Beta: true` request header and its contract may change before it is promoted to stable. It is scheduled to become stable on 2027-01-29.
