Retrieve a list of ATS offers

Lists the offers made to candidates across the organization. Use it to follow up on offers still awaiting a candidate answer or internal approval, or to pick up accepted offers for pre-onboarding and contract creation, then call GET /rest/ats/offers/{offer_id} for the full detail of one offer.

Authentication

The Deel API uses bearer tokens to authenticate requests. All API calls must be made over HTTPS — calls over plain HTTP or without authentication will fail.

Version of this endpoint to call (YYYY-MM-DD). This reference documents version 2026-10-20. When the header is omitted the API serves the oldest version that is neither beta nor sunset, which can be an older version with a different contract than the one documented here.

Filter offers by a specific application ID

Filter offers by the job IDs of their applications.

Filter offers by status. Offers still awaiting an outcome are SENT (with the candidate), WAITING_FOR_APPROVAL and APPROVED (internal), CREATED (not yet sent); terminal statuses are ACCEPTED, REJECTED and EXPIRED.
