Retrieve a single off-cycle payment

Retrieves one off-cycle payment on a contract by its id. Use it to check whether a payment you created with POST /contracts/{contract_id}/off-cycle-payments has been approved, declined or paid, instead of listing every off-cycle payment on the contract.
