Create On-Demand Payroll
Creates a new On-Demand Payroll for a contract from existing eligible entries and/or a salary advance. Use it when the contract has no active On-Demand Payroll yet, choosing entries from the eligible entries listed by GET /on-demand-payroll/contract/{contract_id}/entries; to add entries to a payroll that already exists, use PATCH /on-demand-payroll/{odp_id}/entries/attach instead. New adjustments cannot be created inline.
